She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Leroy and Clara Dunn (Vanatta); her husband Joseph Rue; and her siblings, Dale, Don, John Dunn, Myrna Roberts and Phyllis Malm.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Rue of Greenup, Illinois, Don Rue (Becky) of Greenup, Illinois and Jeanne Miller (Ron) of Brenham, Texas; her granddaughters, Casey Mason (Chuck) and Mandy Brackett (Mike); her great grandchildren, Phoebe Mason, Katie Mason and Lexi Brackett; and her sisters, Joann Vance of Indianapolis, Indiana and Vicki Zink of Casey.
In loving memory of Norma, memorials may be made to the Hazel Dell Church of Christ.
