He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Oakley and Carolyn Oakley (Sallee). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Nickles; his children, Levi Oakley (Heather) and Lindsey James (Jeremy); and his siblings, Tom Oakley, Jim Oakley (Karen) and Sharon Capshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
