He is survived by: his children, Richard Devall, Mike Devall (Cheryl), Greg Devall, Pamela Sidener, Sheila Stratton (Joseph) and Lisa Davis (Darrell); his grandchildren, Tennille Noffke, Derek Davis, Mindy Newbold, Kyle Stratton, Ashley Wellbaum, Brandon Devall, Logan Devall and Heidi Devall; and his sister JoAnn White. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
