He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Millsap and Dema Millsap (Marshall); and his sister Carla Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Emmerich; his sons, Marcus Millsap (Sara) and Clayton Millsap (Marki); his grandchildren, Avery and Hayden Millsap; and his siblings, Ed Millsap (Cheryl) and Karen McKenzie (Randy).
