He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jr. Lewis and Faye Lewis (Kemper); his siblings, Max Lewis, Diane Duvall, Jane Maxwell Everett and Yvonne Cox; and his grandson Seith Paul.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi Workman (Tim McCoy) and Katie Lewis (Trevor Tarr); his brother Jim Lewis (Connie); his brother-in-law Harold Cox; his sisters, Peggy Reese (Dave) and Mary Jewel (Scott); and his grandchildren, Nash Workman (Alisha VanTassel) and Shea Workman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cumberland County Sportsman Club.
