He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Green and Marjorie Green (Huddlestun); his wife Judith Winnett; and his siblings, Larry Green and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Sappington (Charlie) and Jackie Brockett (Michael); his grandchildren, Jerry, Josie, Mason Brockett, Coleman Sappington (Shelby) and Jacob Sappington (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Kyndel, Zayne and Declan Sappington; and his siblings, Dick Green (Penny), Dan Green (Trudy), Dave Green, Joe Green (Tonya), Jim Green (Maria), John Green (Connie), Linda Winnett, Mona James (Nick), Lou Ellen Connour and Judy Lynn (Raymond).
