He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eubank and Elizabeth Eubank (Larrabee); his son Daniel Eubank; and his sisters, Barbara Eubank and Debbie Driessen.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Sue Wade; his children, David Eubank (Julie) of Greenup and Lisa Dunn (Jeffery) of Hermitage, TN; his daughter-in-law Kim Eubank of Greenup; his grandchildren, Logan Eubank (Ashleigh), Emily Bernasconi (Aaron), Katie Gruning (Shawn), Eric Dunn (Hannah), Lauter Ghast (Derek) and Elias Eubank; his great grandchildren, Ryland Dunn, Eleanor Bernasconi, Evie Mae Eubank and Winnie Rey Dunn; and his sister Laura Allison (Jim) of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by his father and grandfather that Hugh continued with his own sons and grandsons and many great friends.
Social distancing and face coverings will be needed.
He also was a Trustee for the Jay Hayden Foundation for 20+ years, was a past President of the Cumberland Nursing Center Board of Directors, and President of the 911 Board – helping to bring 911 services to Cumberland County.
