She was predeceased by: her husband Blaine. She is survived by: her mother Sheila Williams (Wayne Swim); her children, Rylee Kurth and Maya Kurth; her father Wayne Swim; and her brother Brad Swim (Kristie). She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations contributing to her children's college funds.
