He is survived by: his wife Melodie Carver; his daughters, Tiffany Thompson (Jeff) and Tanya Daugherty (Chris); his grandchildren, Madison (Thompson), Trevor "Trevinator" Thompson and Gage "Luhu" Daugherty; his siblings, Greg Cornwell (Ellen), Joy Streeter, Charlotte Leher (Bill) and Cheryl Staples; his close friend George Hensley; and his pet Marley.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Greenup Baptist church.
