He is survived by: his former wife Sally Bland; his children, Donald Ray McMechan and Terry Freeman; his grandchildren, Jason McMechan (Roni Sue), Joshua McMechan (Tracie), Dona Yaw (David), Jacob McMechan (Lisa), Jess McMechan (Amy), Raelynn McMechan (Chase Nakano), Matthew Freeman (Monica), Luke Freeman (Misty) and Wayne Lowe (Janice); and his nephew Gary "Pee Wee" McMechan. He is also survived by 29 great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
