He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Kenneth Holsapple and Alice Holsapple (Brewer); and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his spouse Elloise Isley; his sons, Brad (Angie) of Metamora and George (Janice) of Jewett, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Tyler Holsapple (Pauline), Kelsey Keyser (Tommy), Thad Holsapple, Ryan Holsapple (Kim), Derek Holsapple and Shelby Holsapple. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Greenup Methodist Church or the Cumberland Youth Recreation League.
