He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Elizabeth Eubank (Larrabee), Parmer and Hazel Wade (Carrell); his father-in-law Dennis Olszewski; and his aunt Rosie Brandenburg (Eubank).
He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Eubank and Carole Sue Eubank (Wade); his wife Kim Eubank (Pierce); his children, Katie Gruning (Shawn) of Chicago, Lauter Ghast (Derek) of Greenup and Elias Eubank; his siblings, Lisa Dunn (Jeffrey) and David Eubank (Julie); his mother-in-law Dori Olszewski; and his sister-in-law Amy Talley (Jim). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Social distancing and face coverings will be needed.
