He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane of Greenup; his children, Charles Ranon Finney (Cheryl) of Toledo, Darren Lee Finney of Greenup, Duff Finney of Mattoon and Halona Hope Michels of Toledo; and his brother Everett Dean Finney of Greenup.
