She is survived by: her children, Terry Holsapple (Chris Polson) of Greenup, Kim Holsapple (Jennie) of Toledo and Kathy Bradley (Wade) of Trilla; her grandchildren, Bo Holsapple (Jami), Sarah Miller (Brandon), Alissa Braden (Jon), Drew Holsapple (Hope), Jami Roderick (Colt), Jessi Allison (Kyle), Lauren Clapp (Roy), Jacki Love (Shawn), Jenna Hilligoss (Mitch), Paige Kidder (Josh) and Shelby Brewer (Eric); her brother Ron; her sister-in-law Kathy Black; her niece Cheryl Wilson; and her caregivers, Jewell Byrum, Susan Shoot, Mary Lewis and Amy Boswell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
