He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marge Henderson and Doug Rathe; and his parents, Theodore Rathe and Opal Rathe (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Judy Rathe of Greenup, Illinois; his children, Ted Rathe (Laura) of Neoga and Juli Bishop (Larry "Moose") of Greenup; his grandchildren, James Prather (Genna), Theo Rathe, Carter Rathe and Jerik Bishop; his great grandchildren, Levi Prather and Abbie Prather; his brother Bob Rathe of Waltonville; and his parents-in-law, Gene, June Easton of Greenup and Numerous.
