It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Daniel Bauer of Greenfield, Illinois, born in Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Fred Bauer and Carol Bauer (Kirbach); his grandparents, Helen, Henry Kirbach, Dora and J. P. Bauer; his father-in-law Delmer Schofield; and his aunt Bertha Kirbach.
He is survived by: his wife April Schofield; his siblings, Doug Bauer of Springfield, Jennifer Shade (Randy) of Greenfield and Eric Bauer (Rhonda) of Carrollton; and his parents-in-law, Velma and Larry Gillingham of Carrollton.
Due to Covid restrictions: only 35 people may be in the building at one time and masks are required.
Memorials may be made to a College Fund for Clayton Bauer as his last gift from Papa Dan, or the Carrollton Methodist Church.
