He was predeceased by: his father John R. Davidson; and his son-in-law Charles Cathers. He is survived by: his mother Julia E. Davidson (Raines); his wife Linda Vice; his children, Jennifer Cathers of Athensville, Jason Davidson (Melissa) of Morrisonville and Kevin Davidson (Melissa) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Taylor Ann, Phillip, Courtney, Johnathan, Will, Autumn and Lillian; his great grandchildren, Sabastian, Ariel and Wesley; and his siblings, Marsha Hull (Ken), Malcolm Davidson (Laura), Jenny Clough, Susan Cressy (Paul), Jessica Henry (Daniel) and Brennan Davidson (Carisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Greenfield School District.
