It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee Chapman of Greenfield, Illinois, born in White Hall, Illinois, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chapman and Irene Chapman (Hembrough); his wife Vicky Lynn Bossarte; his daughter Patricia Tuttle; his grandson Louis Tuttle; and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Rynders and Kay Harr.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Settles; his siblings, Lyndell Chapman (Shirley) of Kentucky, Darrell Raffety (Mary Kay) of Carlinville, Lindell Rynders of Greenfield, Allen Chapman of Rock Falls, Tom Chapman (Sharon) of Winnebago, Sunday Bryant (Bill) of Indiana, Holly Rhodes (Randy) of Florida, Becky Rhodes (Ronnie) of Sterling, Angie Geesey (Mike) of Iowa and Melanie Romero (Don) of Rock Falls; his daughters, Deborah Erick (Bruce), Leesa Glassick (Bryan) and Cynthia Robinson; and his stepdaughter Tara Metternich.
