He is survived by: his children, Mark Gresham (Helen) of Greenfield and Tracey Gresham (Toni) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Jeremy Wayne Gresham (Layla) and Morgan Brittany McCumber (Devon); and his brother Gary Gresham.
