It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Eugene Hill of Green Valley, Illinois, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Hill and Leona Fay Hill (McDaniels); and his siblings, Dennis Hill and Mary Lou Gower. He is survived by: his wife Mardel Emig; his children, Stephen Hill (Carol) of Chicago, Susan McCormick (Joseph) of San Jose and Julie Walin (Steven) of Boise, ID; and his sister Joan Hoover of Lawrence, KS.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
