We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 85, Marvin Dale Simpson of Green Valley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Simpson and Nellie Simpson (Hyatt); and his siblings, Linda Simpson, Loretta Hart, Jeanette Denicus, Wayne Simpson and Glen Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Parker; his son Kelly Simpson (Nancy) of Green Valley; his grandsons, Nicholas Wayne Simpson of Pekin and Zachary Dale Simpson of Manito; and his siblings, Gerald Simpson (Mary) of Pekin and Janice Rust (Don) of South Carolina.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
