It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo Ann Berchtold of Green Valley, Illinois, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Elwyn and Odessa June Griffin (Wright); and her siblings, Jack Griffin, Carl Griffin and Mary Jean Larimore.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Berchtold; her children, Kathy Hindman (Mark) and Robert Berchtold (Roxanne); her grandchildren, Nicole Putney (Allen), Brian Berchtold, Amber Darrow (Ryan) and Eric Hindman; and her half-sister Janet Giffin of Albuquerque. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
