He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Norris and Joann Norris Sr. (Sidell); his brother Steven Seagraves; and his nephew Kenneth Seagraves. He is survived by: his siblings, John Norris Jr. of Pekin, Michael Norris of Leavenworth, Kansas and Patricia Seagraves of Pocahontas, Illinois. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
