He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Lessen and Leah Lessen (Grussing); and his sisters, Beverly, Ruth and Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gilmore of Green Valley; his son Rob Lessen (Tonya) of Green Valley; and his grandchildren, Cody Lessen and Larisa Stevens. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
