He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Hernandez and Lucila Hernandez; and his sister Judith Hernandez. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Hernandez and Carolyn Cook (Dan); his grandchildren, JaeCee and Oliver; and his sister Maria Hernandez.
