He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foch Phillips and Emily Phillips; his wife Deloras; his daughters, Nicole and Gyann; his grandchildren, Rhianna, Kenneth and Emily; his great grandchild Dominic; and his sister Sheila (Sam). He was also cherished by his brother, Al (Carol Naegle); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Guy's name to The 100 Club of Arizona or to the Porter Mountain Fellowship in Lakeside, AZ.
