He is survived by: his mother Juanita Locklar (Ready); his children, Kirstie Locklar (Steven Smith), Madison Locklar (Geoff Miller) and William Eugene Locklar, II (Emily Nelson); his sisters, Susan Frazier, Carolyn Goldman and Valerie Bare; his grandchildren, Keira Leeann Prince, Jeimy Gilbert Santos, Kenley Grace Locklar, Jonathan Alexander Locklar and Dayton Sam Jay Smith; and the mother of his children Samantha Hilgar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
