She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fiock and Kathryn Fiock (Faris); and her husband Larry Perry. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Perry (Christie) of Keensburg, Illinois and Lori Spurgeon (Mike) of Albion, Illinois; her siblings, Tom Fiock (Jackie) and Diana Bartlow (Paul) of Montezuma, Indiana; her granddaughter Shelby Perry; and her great grandchild Sam Perry. She is also survived by her four cats.
Memorials may be made to Pets At Risk and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville.
