With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Lee Long of Grayville, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 28, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Groff and Elsie Groff (Lamb); her husband Don Long; and her great grandchild Jonah Goodman. She is survived by: her children, Jarrod Wyke (Ashley) of South Carolina, Stacey Walter (Shad) of Grayville and Kelly Knight (Rick) of Carmi, Illinois; her siblings, Rod Groff (Miranda) of Grayville, Jim Groff (Micah) of Washington, Paul Groff (Marilyn) of Grayville, Mike Groff (Sharon) of Albion, Illinois, Nancy Wall (Don) of Grayville and Donna Campbell (Mark) of Grayville; her brother-in-law Allen Alldredge of Grayville; and her grandchildren, Crystal Hottel (Aaron), Clint Grimm (Jacy), Zackery Walter (Aaliyah), Katelyn Walter, Logan Spruell, Brandie Knight, Chelsie Manion (Robb) and Casie Goodman (Jared).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cook Funeral Chapel (221 N 1st St, Grayville, IL 62844). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
