He is survived by: his daughter Erin Kieffer (Chris) of Mount Carmel; his grandson Aiden Garwood; his brothers, Steve Garwood (Rayna) of Mount Carmel and Darrell Garwood of Crossville, IL; his girlfriend Shawna Irvine; his nieces, Jamie Compton and Katelin Neely; his children, Shad Collins, Shawn Collins (Cindy) and Shanan Oldendorf (Jamin); and his grandchildren, Haley Collins, Noah Collins, Ethan Collins and Taylor Oldendorf.
