She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Duvall and Ada Duvall (Stuart); her husband Clarence Edward Hawkins; her sisters, Joyce Embry and Vonda Bingman; and her daughter-in-law Debra Duvall.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hawkins (Anita) of Grayville, Doug Duvall of Loogootee, Indiana and Lisa Kleinschmidt (Jeff) of Evansville, Indiana; her siblings, David Duvall (Janet) of Carmi and Wanda Buttry of Carmi; and her grandchildren, Eric Kleinschmidt (Melissa), Zak Kleinschmidt (Jamie), Steven Duvall (Courtnay), Adriana Duvall, Michael Duvall (Brooklyn), Ciara Niehaus (Adam) and Whitney Howell (Tyler). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the White County Ambulance Service and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville.
