He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Windle; his children, Cory Wolf of Carmi, Levi Wolf (Melissa) and Rainey Windle of Carmi; his siblings, John Wolf (Christine) of Bonnie and Phyllis Blackford (Mike) of Salem, Illinois; his grandchild Ali; and also, Cory, Levi and Terri Wolf.
