He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Taylor and Nell Taylor (Thackrey); his son John McTaggart; his son-in-law Perry Legg; and his siblings, Dorothy, Nora, Jewel Maxine, Loren, Clarence Jr., Robert, George and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Faye Taylor of Grayville; his children, Kent McTaggart (Rose) of Mt. Carmel, Nina Dunn (Denny) of Fairfield, Sherrie Bowland (Daniel) of Grayville and Rita Legg of Warsaw, MO; his grandchildren, Robert Bowland, Selena Bowland, Jason Winter, Ryan Pearce (Mandy), Lauren Griswold (Lucas), Jaclyn Pearce (Jake), Mike Seibert (Rebecca), Kenneth McTaggart (Gwen), Christopher Rogers (Heather), Robin Rogers, Sarah James (Kenton), Cynthia Parsley and John Henry McTaggart; his daughter-in-law Lena McTaggart; and his sister Alberta Andrews. He is also survived by 24 great- grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
