With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharon Pierre of Grayslake, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sharon left this world on December 23, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry; her daughter Linda Pastell (late David); her brother James Petersen; her parents, Rudolph Petersen and Genevieve Petersen Clay; and her stepfather Russell Clay (Bud).
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Schmitt (Scott), Joann Jordan (Scott) and Aimee Reid (Bill); and her grandchildren, Christy, Roger Radomski, Kathryn Romeu (Nelson), Mandy Prahl (Matt), Beth Teunissen (Henry), Emily Schmitt, Vanessa Jordan, Abby Heiberg (Chris), Audrey, Lizzie and Will Reid.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brook Parish (1809 Walters Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or the Alzheimers Association (http://www.alz.org).
