He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Schlachter; his daughters, Patti Mowry, Robin Bates and Dianna Holgate; his grandchildren, Erica Lauterbach, Morgan Schlachter, Matthew Mowry and Sal Jacobino; and his brother Richard Schlachter.
