He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his daughter Laura Ann; his parents, Richard Niemann and Alice Niemann; and his sisters, Betty Madej (Joseph) and Carol Kaderabek (Donald).
He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Paula) and Daniel (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Jonathon, Tyler, Alexis and Katelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
