Patrick Purol Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patrick Purol of Grayslake, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 62, on December 20, 2020. He was born on March 8, 1958 to Norbert "Stretch" Purol and Helen (Bochniak) Purol in Lake Forest, Illinois. On June 28, 1986, he was united in marriage to Martha Cote in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Anyone who knew Pat knew two things about him: he had a unique and unmistakable sense of humor, and he loved his family. He had a quick wit, and was always the funniest person in any room (at least he thought so). Pat was a great storyteller, regardless of how true any of those stories were. He was incredibly proud of his family, and would take any possible opportunity to brag about his daughters. His humor, kindness, and enormous personality will be greatly missed.
Patrick is survived by his wife Martha Purol, daughters Keely Purol and Ariel Purol, and mother Helen Purol.
He was preceded in death by his father Norbert Purol, and brothers Danny Purol and Kevin Purol.
Visitation will be held at the Justen's Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 North Rosedale Court, Round Lake, IL on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, from 1-3:00 pm. Funeral Blessing wil be held at 3:00 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to join the services virtually via the following webcast link: https://jfh.link.
In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing. The funeral home staff will monitor capacity limits and allow up to 10 people in at a time.
