It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Monica V. Ply of Grayslake, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Rotkis and Agnes Rotkis; her husband Robert Ply; and her siblings, Kay, Rose, Johnny and Butch.

She is survived by: her sons, Steve Ply (Jeannie) of San Marcos, TX and Brian Ply of New Braunfels, TX; her grandchildren, Candice, Wesley, Heather and Kaitlyn; and her great grandchild Hays. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
