She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Serra and Mona Jean Serra; her pets, Rocco and Louie; and her grandmother Erma Glovinsky of Lakeside Marbleheard, OH..

She is survived by: her children, Meagan Shaver (Adam) of Johnsburg, IL, Andrew (Stacy Sullivan) of Knoxville, TN and Tracy Brennan of Palatine, IL; her granddaughters, Amelia Rose Shaver and Sophie Lynn Shaver; and her siblings, Michelle Dearcangelis of Aurora and Frank Serra of Lakeside Marblehead.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue.
