Nielsen (Grayslake, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Nielsen IV; her sons, Todd Nielsen and Chad Nielsen; and her brother Ernie Rockensock. She is survived by: her children, Natalie Hoppe (Bart), Michele Nielsen (John Treichler), John Nielsen V, Adam Nielsen (Nicola), Kim Disalvo (Joe), Melissa Dominowski (Brent) and Shelly Nielsen; and her grandchildren, John Nielsen VI, Megan Nielsen, Emily Nielsen, Kaitlyn Disalvo, Rachel Disalvo, Dylan Dominowski, Rylee Dominowski, Kyle Nielsen, Carter Nielsen, Cole Nielsen, Brayden Nielsen and Hannah Soukup.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Chapel (410 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
