It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelly E. MacDonald of Grayslake, Illinois, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Stemlar. She is survived by: her mother Marlene Stemlar; her husband Jeff MacDonald; her daughters, Katy Kirkendall (Andy) and Erin MacDonald (Gary Jarvis); her granddaughter Sabrina Jarvis; and her siblings, John Stemlar (Camile), Gina Sweede (Jake), Susan Wagemann (Robert) and Carolyn Parks (Kevin). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Chapel (410 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church (301 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
