He is survived by: his wife Jean Johnson; his children, Kevin Johnson (Samantha) and Tiffany Johnson; his grandchildren, Dylan, Lilly and Jack; and his sister Cindy Kus (Ken). He is also survived by brother in-laws, sister in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
