Janet G. Eichelberger Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet G. Eichelberger of Grayslake, Illinois, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Phelps and Lillian Phelps; and her sisters, Joan Blink and Jane Roades. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Eichelberger; her children, Joseph Eichelberger (Laurie), Gregory Eichelberger (Sheri), Susan Richter (Ted) and Amy Fortin; and her grandchildren, Emily (Ryan), Anna, Kent, Kevin, Brett, Dominic, Abigail, Shaelynn, Corrinn and Lili. She is also survived by 13 foster children.
