He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Wallace; and his parents, Josesph Wallace and Holly Faulisi Wallace. He is survived by: his stepbrother Howard Shachter (Diane); his friend Cindy Silvestri; his caregiver Carla Pittman; and his pet Bonnie.
