With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James E. Nykol of Grayslake, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cecelia Nykol; his son Ross; and his sister Ceil. He is survived by: his father James Nykol; his wife Carol; his children, Jay of Seattle, WA and Chris (Barbara) of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Aaron of Seattle, WA, Krissy of Seattle, WA, Grace (Christina) of Chicago, Celia of Arlington Heights and Kate of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchild Aries of Seattle, WA; and his daughter-in-law Cleo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club.
