She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zelent and Lois Zelent (Brainard); and her daughter-in-law Erin Mott (Carr). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Mott; her children, Holly Schueneman (Alec), Andrew Mott (Nekea) and Adam Mott; her grandchildren, Levi, Nolan Schueneman, Morgan, Aubrey, Elayna Mott (Andrew), Brooklyn and Connor Mott (Adam); and her sisters, Judy Ripke (Ronald) and Nancy Gullberg (James).
A formal gathering to celebrate Jackie's beautiful life will take place at a later date (due to COVID-19) and will be updated on her CaringBridge page (caringbridge. org/visit/jackiemott).
