Rutter (Grayslake, Illinois), born in Cicero, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Wilke and LeRoy Wilke; and her former husband Darrell. She is survived by: her children, David Rutter, Eric Rutter (Dafna Brown) and Deborah DeJesus (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Dakota Rutter, Samantha DeJesus and Roxanne DeJesus; and her brother Craig Wilke (Conchita).
