He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Julius. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Pharr (Scanlon); his children, Robert John Pharr (Janette) and Kimberly Ann Pitej (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica Daughton (Walls), Payton Daughton (Carmer), Stone Daughton and Shannon Grace Pharr; and his siblings, Bobbi Jean Cohen and David Charles Pharr.
In lieu of flowers Carl has asked that contributions be made to any institution or Medical organization supporting the workers who care for depressed or abused children.
