He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Elizabeth Irene Halley (Counts); and his sister Ruth Ann Carsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Milby of Granville, Debbie Ely (Kevin) of Granville, Malissa Thompson (Kirk) of Dayton, Melissa Hons (Wayne) of Lake City and Cynthia Adams (Rhonda) of Tampa, Florida; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Cody, Emily, Rachel, Conner, Chase, Kayleigh, Jacob, Taylor, Matt and Spencer. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
