He is survived by: his parents, Roy Waldschmidt and Judy Waldschmidt (Kays) of Granville; and his siblings, Stan Waldschmidt (Amy) of Green Valley and Robin Waldschmidt (Keith Johnson) of Lacon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
